These Terms of Service govern purchases made through CharmingReplicas and the use of our online store.

1. SCOPE
These Terms apply to purchases made through charmingreplicas.com.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract.
2. PRODUCTS
CharmingReplicas creates collector replicas and related digital content.
Physical replicas are individually assembled and finished by hand. We aim to reproduce the relevant reference prop as consistently and faithfully as possible in scale, proportions, materials, surface treatment and overall appearance.
Small differences can occur because assembly, painting, aging and finishing are completed by hand.
Product photographs, descriptions, dimensions and specifications are provided to represent the products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, CharmingReplicas is an independent collector studio and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the owners of the original film or television properties.
3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After your order is submitted, you will receive an electronic order confirmation.
A purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order.
We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a legitimate reason, including an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil the order, incorrect availability information or a delivery restriction.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your store market or checkout.
The final amount payable is shown before the order is submitted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
For physical replicas, standard worldwide shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
5. MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Physical replicas may be made to order.
For available made-to-order replicas, please allow approximately 28 days from order to delivery unless another timeframe is stated on the product page or confirmed by us.
This timeframe is an estimate. Delivery may take longer because of destination, customs processing, carrier delays, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A standard made-to-order product is not automatically considered personalised or made to the customer's individual specifications.
Where a product is specifically customised, personalised or manufactured according to individual customer specifications, different withdrawal rules may apply as described below.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped using third-party carrier services.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned or delayed because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk relating to delivery passes to the consumer in accordance with applicable consumer law.
7. EU AND EEA RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or another jurisdiction where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Returned goods may be inspected. Where permitted by law, we may reduce the refund to reflect loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Where applicable, refunds following a valid withdrawal will be made using the original payment method and within the period required by law. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.
8. PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to the consumer's individual specifications or clearly personalised for that consumer.
This may include products with individually requested modifications, personalised details, custom artwork, custom covers or other changes specifically requested by the customer.
The fact that a standard product is produced after an order is placed does not by itself mean that it is personalised.
9. DIGITAL CONTENT
Some products sold by CharmingReplicas are digital products supplied electronically.
Digital products do not require physical shipping.
Where digital content is supplied immediately and before the expiry of a statutory withdrawal period, we may request your express consent to begin supply immediately and your acknowledgement that beginning delivery may result in the loss of your right of withdrawal where applicable law provides for this.
If the legally required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Digital files are licensed for personal use unless another licence is expressly stated.
You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for commercial purposes, publish or make purchased digital files available to third parties without our written permission.
10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.
Where a product does not conform to the purchase contract, you are entitled to the remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.
11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Additional information about returns, refunds and withdrawal procedures is provided in our Refund Policy.
Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection law, the mandatory legal provisions apply.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the CharmingReplicas website, including original photographs, text, graphics, layouts, branding and original digital files, may be protected by intellectual property rights.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit website content or CharmingReplicas digital files without permission, except where permitted by law.
13. WEBSITE USE
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation or security of the store, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the website.
14. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, natural events, network failures or actions of public authorities.
15. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and contracts concluded through our store are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law that would otherwise apply in your country of residence.
17. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumers may seek an out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Česká obchodní inspekce, which is the competent consumer alternative dispute resolution entity for eligible disputes.
Before initiating alternative dispute resolution, consumers should first attempt to resolve the matter directly with us.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our store, products, services or legal requirements.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect when your order is placed.
