Returns, Refunds and EU Right of Withdrawal

This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges and withdrawal requests are handled for purchases made from Charming Replicas.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party chosen by you, receives the goods.

You do not need to give a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

After submitting a withdrawal request through the electronic form, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are made to your specifications, clearly personalised, customised, or otherwise created specifically for you. This may include custom covers, personalised details, special requested modifications, made-to-order variations, or other individually customised items.

Non-EU Returns

For customers outside the European Union, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@charmingreplicas.com as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item,
  • photos of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund, depending on the situation and applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us first at info@charmingreplicas.com before sending anything back.

Do not return any item without contacting us first.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging where possible.

We may reduce the refund if the item has been used, damaged, altered, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Certain situations may result in only a partial refund, including:

  • items not returned in their original condition,
  • items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
  • items showing signs of use beyond normal inspection.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law. If a refund is issued, it will be made to the original payment method.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. If you are shipping an item with a value over $100, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
